إلتقيت اليوم والوفد المرافق لي برئيس جمهورية جنوب افريقيا سيريل رامافوزا ظهر الخميس الموافق ١٣ يوليو بمقر اقامته بجوهانسبرغ وقدمت له شرحاً عن تطورات الاوضاع الانسانية والموقف العملياتي والانتهاكات التي ترتكبها قوات التمرد في السودان واستعرضت المساعي والمبادرات الافريقية والعربية وموقف الحكومة من تلك المساعي خاصة ما يتصل باللجنة الرباعية التابعة لمنظمة الايقاد وأكدت له بأنه لاتوجد لدينا اي مواقف سلبية تجاه الايقاد ونحن علي استعداد للتعاون معها وكذلك موقفنا من الرئيس وليم روتو سببه هو انه تولي رئاسة الالية الرباعية دون موافقة السودان بالرغم من إعتراض السودان علي رئاسته للجنة، وهذا يعد إنتهاكاً لسيادتنا و تطرقت لمسار جدة وكذلك جهود دول جوار السودان المتمثل في اجتماع قمة دول جوار السودان المنعقد بالعاصمة المصرية القاهرة اليوم، وقدمت له شرحاً لخارطة طريق حل الازمة و المكونة من اربعة مراحل.
وعبر الرئيس راما فوزا عن شكره للقيادة السودانية وحرصها علي اطلاعه علي حقيقة ما يجري في السودان مُعرباً عن تضامنه مع السودان متمنياً ان تعود الاوضاع الي طبيعتها و أكد علي اهمية حل المشكلة بواسطة السودانيين وتعزيز الدور الافريقي في دعم مساعي السودانيين في التوصل الي حلول ناجعة. وجدد الرئيس إلتزامه بدعم وحدة السودان وسيادته وعدم المساعدة في التدخل في شأنه الداخلي.
ووجه الرئيس رامافوزا المسؤلين في خارجيته بالشروع فوراً في تلبية طلبي بشأن توفير فرص تدريب في المجالين الإداري والدبلوماسي.
اتفقنا علي متابعة ما تم الاتفاق عليه في اجتماع جوهانسبرغ علي ان يتواصل هذا اللقاء في مدينة سانت بطرسبيرغ بروسيا إبان إنعقاد القمة الإقتصادية الروسية الافريقية.
حفظ الله السودان وشعب السودان
Today, I met with the delegation accompanying me, the President of the Republic of South Africa, Cyril Ramaphosa, on Thursday afternoon, corresponding to July 13, at his residence in Johannesburg, and I gave him an explanation of the developments in the humanitarian situation, the operational situation, as well as the violations committed by the rebel rapid support forces in Sudan. As well as Sudan’s efforts with the Quartet of the IGAD Organization.
And I told him that we have no unfavorable feelings against the IGAD and are willing to work with it, I explained that our position on President William Ruto.
is that, despite Sudan’s objection to his head of the committee, he obtained the presidency of the Quartet mechanism without Sudan’s agreement, and this is a violation of our sovereignty, in addition to touching on the Jeddah track as well as the efforts by Sudan’s neighboring countries represented by the summit meeting of Sudan’s neighboring countries held today in Egypt’s capital Cairo, and i gave president Ramaphosa an explanation of the four-stage roadmap for resolving the crisis in Sudan.
President Ramaphoza thanked the Sudanese leadership for informing him of the reality of what is happening in Sudan, expressed his solidarity with Sudan, wished for the situation to return to stability, and emphasized on the importance of the Sudanese leading the resolving the conflict and strengthening the African role in supporting the Sudanese efforts to reach effective solutions. The President reaffirmed his commitment to Sudan’s unity and sovereignty, as well as his commitment to not to help interfere in Sudan’s internal affairs.
We decided to follow up on what was agreed upon in Johannesburg, when we meet in St. Petersburg, Russia, during the Russian-African Economic Summit.
